這段時間自己的飯量一直在增加，感覺自己都胖了很多了，我從現在開始要好好的去注意自己的身材了，不然以后可怎麼穿漂亮的衣服，所以我要給自己做一個減重計劃，以后就按照它的計劃來實行就可以了，我相信自己可以很好的做到的，還自己一個美麗的身材，讓自己變得更加優秀，等我減重成功以后，我自己也能很好的去打扮自己了，讓自己以后都能美美的出門逛街了，和朋友在一起也不會感覺到自卑了，讓自己越來越有自信，做一個幸福快樂的人，給自己更好的力量。
