不管是減肥還是別的什麽，我覺得合理對身體沒有傷害才是最重要的。這段時間，我也發現自己胖了很多，所以我就有了這個減肥的想法了，因為我去買了好幾次衣服，看到很多漂亮的衣服，我都不能穿，當時可真的是把我打擊壞了，所以我就下定決心要減肥了，不過我也不知道哪種減肥方法比較好，後來有一個同事就給我了一套減肥操，他說是這套減肥很有用的，他就是在使用了這套減肥操之後瘦下來的，聽到他這麼說，我就在想著，為了能讓自己瘦下來，我也是豁出去了，我就決定試一下這套減肥操。

昨天我就和朋友去那個看化妝水了，因為我就是想換一個我還沒有用過的，不想一直都用一款的，結果是沒有想到一來到這店里就真的是特別的不錯的，一看我也就喜歡上我的那個化妝水了，就感覺這個化妝水真的是很好用的，而且就試用了一下，也是感覺皮膚是特別的好的，所以現在也都開始喜歡用這個化妝水了，現在我也就一直都用的是這個化妝水的，我就和朋友一起就買了很多的這個化妝水的，現在用的感覺是特別的好的，皮膚也是越來越好了。

當我告訴我男朋友我準備去通過註冊中醫考試，然後我以後以一個醫生的名義工作的時候，他也很好奇呢，因為我之前可是很反對中醫的呢，可是我現在不這麼認為了呢，因為我男朋友他自己也通過了註冊中醫考試，而他現在也是一名合格的中醫，所以當他聽到我的態度這麼堅決的時候，也很開心呢，畢竟我們結婚以後，我們倆也有共同語言了呀，所以我要是去註冊中醫考試的話呢，他還可以幫助我呢，在這一領域來說，他可是我的前輩呢。

其實我看到了很專業的理財策劃之後，我覺得我自己是不是在這些方面做的真的不怎麼好的感覺呢，因為我覺得我自己做的理財策劃比起人家做的要差很多，我覺得這就是人與人之間的差距吧，其實你自己做的不好，就要承認自己的不足，這樣的話就會得到很大的進步，我有的時候會想，要是我能做很多的其他的事情的話，那麼我肯定願意去做，但是我做的不好的話，我也不會去強求，因為我覺得沒有那樣的必要去強求自己去做一件事情，因為我覺得我在做理財策劃方面還有進步的空間。
