生完孩子之后我的身材就變樣了，沒有之前那么好了我看到身邊的朋友身材都特別的好，我不知道該用什麽方法來恢復我的身材，跟朋友在一塊聊天的時候我就給朋友講了我身材變樣的事情，朋友就告訴我說她前幾天已經發現我身材變樣的事情，只是沒有說。聽到朋友那樣講，我就問朋友用什麽方法可以讓我身材恢復以前的樣子，朋友建議我去做一個隆乳身材就會恢復的，聽到朋友講隆乳我就問朋友做一個隆乳之后身材就真的會恢復到以前的樣子嗎？

今天幸好我早上來的時候給自己帶了一份的外帶，我想要不是我自己給自己帶一份外帶的話，我中午吃飯都會成問題了，今天早上來店裏的時候走過一個美食店的時候看到這個美食店的人特別 的多，我也進看了看，感覺還不錯，我想那麽多的人買味一定不錯。順便也自己帶了一份，沒想到的是今天店裏面的生意特別 的好，我一個人都快要忙不過來了，中午根本邊吃飯的時間都沒有的，後還是邊忙邊吃了一些早上來的時候帶的外帶，不過這個外帶的味道可真是不錯，非常的好吃，所以我想明天來的時候要不給自己再帶一些這樣的外帶呢。

學習英語有一段時間了，我就打算去做一個英文檢定，知道自己的英語水平到底是怎樣了，晚上去朋友家里玩，朋友就問我打算什麽時候去做英文檢定，我就告訴朋友我這個月底打算去做英文檢定，朋友就問我對自己有信心沒有，我就告訴朋友我感覺自己現在已經學的差不多的，對自己有信心，我相信我一定會通過的，朋友聽了我講的，就說我學習英語學的那么認真一定會通過的，聽了朋友講的話，我對自己就更加有信心了。在去做英文檢定之前我要好好準備一下。
