最近這幾天總感覺睡不好，每天都是沒有精神，而且感覺腰酸背痛的。室友跟我說需要做一個油壓按摩來緩解一下，會有不錯的效果的。我之前對油壓按摩不是很了解，總感覺不會有什麼效果。這次我就去嘗試了一下，不試不知道，油壓按摩還真的是很有效果，做完之後感覺人一下子就精神了，真是有很好的舒緩壓力的作用。以後應該堅持去做油壓按摩，也能幫助放鬆身心。現在生活和工作的壓力都比較大，一定要找到一個很好的方式去解決。

回家的時候我給爸媽帶了一些冬蟲夏草回去，沒有想到爸媽還挺喜歡我給她們買的冬蟲夏草，我就打算下次回家的時候多買一些冬蟲夏草回去，老人吃冬蟲夏草對身體也特別的好，只要爸媽高興我做什麽都願意，今天跟朋友在一塊聊天的時候，朋友就告訴我說她準備過段時間回家看一下爸媽，可是不知道給爸媽帶什麽禮物回去，聽到朋友不知道帶什麽禮物送給爸媽，我就讓朋友去買一些冬蟲夏草送給爸媽，她們也一定會喜歡的。
